DESCRIPTION

This concerns the valuation of a property according to the international standards and best practices, made on the basis of the documentation provided by our Clients. It can be issued in three different ways: desk research (“Desktop” mode), by external inspections (“Drive by”) and by internal inspection (“Full”).

Analysis of comparables and the area context
Summary visit (number of transactions) and concise assessment as to the market trend
