BEGINNING
Synergy of competences
We were constituted in 2010, after a meeting between Stefano Scopigli, a protagonist with considerable experience in the real estate sector of non performing loans, and the YARD Group.
EVOLUTION
Italy’s First
Right from the start we have stood out for our strong product innovation. In 2012 we contributed to the launching of the first multi- investment fund of estate assets / non performing loans in Italy: the Fondo Asset Bancari of Polis Fondi SGR. Another three have been launched since then.
DEVELOPMENT
New products
Sensitivity and response to the needs of the Real Estate market has led us to become one of the main players in the non performing loans sector and to structure our services in an increasingly vertical manner, at the same time broadening our product range horizontally.
OPTIMISATION
Dedicated software
In order to offer increasingly evolved standards and support our business model, we have built software platforms, which are constantly being developed by our IT department, and have elaborated specific web portals able to optimise the management of all interactions between our network of external collaborators and our internal management, guaranteeing interchanges of information flow in real time.
