YARD Credit & Asset Management has supported Creval in the completion of the agreement with Credito Fondiario, for the assignment of a portfolio consisting mainly in non performing secured loans granted to real estate companies, the “Gavia” portfolio.
The above portfolio is made up of Credito Valtellinese’s due loan agreements with respect to the real estate sector and has a gross book value (GBV) of approximately 106 million euros, compared with an overall portfolio value corresponding to 41% of GBV.
The agreement is consistent with Creval Group’s target to sell non performing loans, also in the context of the strategic partnership with YARD Credit & Asset Management for the management of Creval Group’s distressed real estate loans.
