Auction Facilitation

Indicates the sale of a property by auction. A judicial auction is a particular court activity held in the courts’ judicial auctions office, through which the bankruptcy judge responsible for the office, following a property execution or a bankruptcy, orders the forced sale of one or more mobile or fixed assets owned by the sentenced or bankrupt party, in order to obtain liquidity with which to satisfy, wholly or in part, the creditors taking part in the proceedings.
